Your child’s well-being and safety are of paramount importance to us. Roxeth aim's to promote independence and inspire confidence and creativity in a fun filled secure environment. We have a dedicated team, well suited resources and offer a seamless transition between school life and the club's. The Breakfast Club is open from 7.30am until 8.40am and the After School Club will be open from 3.15pm until 5.45pm Monday to Friday during term time only. There will be NO breakfast club on bank holidays or staff training days and NO after school club on bank holidays, staff training days or end of term days, when school closes at 1:30pm.
Children in Reception Class, Year 1 and Year 2 who attend either club will be escorted and/or collected from their classrooms by a member of the School Club Team. Children in Years 3-6 will be required to make their own way to the club and report for registration. Parents will be notified if a child is persistently late.
We provide a variety of healthy foods for breakfast or as a snack in after school club and we promote independence by encouraging the children to help in the preparation of food, clear away after themselves and for older children to support and encourage our younger members. Drinking water is available at all times and where possible, we endeavour to meet individual dietary requirements and parental preferences.
Applying for Breakfast or/and After School Club
Our Clubs aim to be accessible to the children and families of Roxeth School and admission to the clubs is organised by the School Office. The clubs operate on a first come-first served basis. Enrolment to the Breakfast and/or the After School Club will not be complete until we have received a completed set of Roxeth Registration documents which can be found below and payment has been made in full on Arbor.
Payment of Fees
Fees are: £5.00 per session for the Breakfast Club and £10.00 per session for the After School Club from September 2022. Fees are payable online by card on Arbor when making bookings, or by childcare vouchers and are non-refundable. You must credit your Arbor account with money to be able to book ASC and/or BC. If you are paying with vouchers, please plan ahead and pay with vouchers in advance as normal and your account will be credited with the amount once it has been received. Once your account has been credited, you can then book your sessions on Arbor. We do not operate on bank holidays, professional training days or at the End of school term, when school finishes at 1:30pm. Sessions can be booked up to 1 hour before club starts.
Collecting Children
All children must be collected from the club promptly at 17.45pm and although Roxeth understands that on occasion, an emergency may arise which could make you late, please ensure you have another adult who could collect your child in your absence. In these instances, if late collection of your child occurs more than once in a term, parents will be required to pay a penalty charge of £10 per child.
