Our School Day

Reception – Year 2                           

8:40 a.m. - 12:00 noon        

1.00 p.m. – 3.15 pm

Years 3-6       

8:40 a.m. – 12:15 pm.

1:15 p.m. - 3:15 pm    

In the morning the school gates will be open from 8.35am. Please note the school playground is not supervised during this time. Children can enter the classrooms from 8.40am. In the afternoon the gates will open at 3.10pm and close at 3.30pm.

From September 2013 the DfE has amended the 2006 attendance regulations removing references to family holiday and extended leave.

The amendments make clear that Headteachers may not grant any leave of absence during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances. In exceptional circumstances permission may be granted at the discretion of the Headteacher. A Request for Leave form is available from the school office.
