Year 6 visit The National Army Museum
On Thursday 17th November, Year 6 embarked on a visit to the National Army Museum as part of their learning about World War II. After arriving, Year 6 visited various galleries such as the Global Gallery (British wars fought around the world) and the Formation Gallery (how British soldiers have developed their roles at home and abroad. The children also took part in a workshop with museum staff where they looked at various artefacts from The Blitz and World War II in the UK. All in all it was a great visit and enjoyed by all!
