Y3 Trip to Tower of London

At the beginning of the month, Year 3 went on an adventure to the historical landmark: the Tower of London. To gather research for their leaflets, the children explored the tales and history of the famous landmark. They participated in a guided tour, where they heard about escaped prisoners and the significant figures who became kings and queens. While venturing around the grounds, they raced against the clock in a photo scavenger hunt where they had to find Yeoman Warders, ravens, and the White Tower. Back at school, children used their information research and pictures to produce leaflet to entice people to visit the Tower of London.
