Yr 6 test materials!

As part of our ‘Evolution and Inheritance’ unit, Yr 6 tested materials which may help to keep animals warm in winter. We used wool, feathers and blubber (butter!) to see which one kept our hands warmest in ice cold water! Interestingly, we found that our hands with no materials became cold very quickly whilst wool kept our hands the warmest.
